Beyond Surveying: Thanks to our founder experience throughout the years, we have gained experience beyond the Land Surveying field in a way that is beneficial to our clients for example in order for us to better understand the land platting process within Miami-Dade County we became Zoning consultants a service that most of the time we provide as a courtesy  that has resulted in the client not having to do the due-diligence to discover that the  platting was not necessary, we like to say that we understand construction surveying as if we were contractors ourselves.
