From existing conditions to a buildable, compliant project
Redevelopment brings existing conditions, utilities, approvals, and construction realities into the same conversation. HADONNE combines surveying, civil engineering, S.U.E., utility coordination, platting support, and field services to help owners and project teams move from due diligence through closeout.

Clarity Before Construction
Redevelopment projects often begin with unknowns beneath the surface and constraints already in place. HADONNE helps teams understand existing conditions, locate and coordinate utilities, and identify critical site considerations before they become construction challenges.
Coordination That Keeps Projects Moving
From civil design and platting support to agency approvals, utility coordination, and field verification, HADONNE brings the right disciplines together to help complex redevelopment projects advance with fewer surprises and clearer next steps.
Redevelopment Engineering
Land Surveying & Mapping
Accurate boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, route, and existing-condition information provides the foundation for sound redevelopment decisions.
Platting & Land Development Support
From due diligence and subdivision layout to tentative plats, final plats, waivers, and land-use coordination, HADONNE helps teams establish a practical path toward development approval.
Subsurface Utility Exploration
Utility research, designating, mapping, ground-penetrating radar, and test-hole verification help reveal conditions beneath the surface before they create design or construction issues.
Utility Coordination
HADONNE coordinates with utility owners, agencies, consultants, and contractors to identify conflicts, clarify responsibilities, support relocation planning, and keep utility decisions moving.
Civil Engineering
Coordinated civil solutions address site geometry, grading, roadways, drainage, stormwater, water and sewer infrastructure, permitting, and construction-phase requirements.
