He leads civil work across public- and private-sector projects with a detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach.

Stephanie Hadad serves as Chief Financial Officer of HADONNE, overseeing the company’s financial operations and supporting the disciplined growth of the business. Her responsibilities include budgeting, accounting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.
Abraham Hadad, PSM

Abraham Hadad is a Florida registered Land Surveyor and Mapper with more than 32 years of experience in infrastructure planning and development, Mr. Hadad leads HADONNE with extensive expertise in surveying, mapping, and land development. He founded HADONNE in 2001 to provide responsive, honest, and knowledgeable support to public- and private-sector clients.

Vice President
Andre D. Martinez is a Florida Professional Engineer and project manager with more than 10 years of experience. He supports projects from due diligence and feasibility through consultant coordination, utility planning, approvals, construction challenges, schedules, and budgets.
Frank Paruas, PSM
SURVEY DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Frank Paruas serves as the Survey Department Manager and has more than 30 years of experience leading complex infrastructure and development projects across Florida. He has directed major survey programs for FDOT, the Miami-Dade Aviation Department, and clients in both the public and private sectors. As a Florida-licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper, Frank brings expertise in design surveys, geodetic control, LiDAR, BIM, photogrammetry, right-of-way mapping, and roadway design.

SUE / Utility Coordination Manager
Pedro Ugas is HADONNE’s SUE and Utility Coordination Manager, with more than 30 years of experience in utility inspection, construction, and coordination. He helps agencies, utility owners, designers, municipalities, and contractors address utility conflicts, relocation planning, permitting, and construction-phase coordination. His experience with FDOT and design-build projects helps teams reduce delays, claims, and field disruptions on complex infrastructure projects.
